My name is Claus Herting, and I began offering change and turnaround management in 2015, following 15 years of international management and market development experience for DAX corporations (machinery / material handling); further 6 years of global sales and business development in renewable energy / wind power (start-up and global top-10 manufacturer).

I offer companies qualified and competent general management in transition and change situations with a special focus on international sales and marketing. My broad experience includes business development and company management in European and global markets of capital goods industries (machinery / equipment) and renewable energy; proven in challenging change situations and successful turnarounds (e.g. restructuring EMEA sales and service operations for private equity held US manufacturer);
